Monitoring Services
Through real time website monitoring of systems we ensure optimum output and performance of our installed systems.
Information provided includes:
- AC power produced on an everyday hourly, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Inverter and solar panel performance and efficiency
- Daily weather conditions and related system performance
- Total electricity production since installation
Customers can stay updated on the performance and electricity output through a secure login to access information on their systems. Through monitoring we can provide detailed reports on greenhouse gas emission offsets.
Maintenance
System Maintenance is an integral part of the service offered on a contract basis. In general, solar system maintenance is minimal as there are no moving parts.
Maintenance includes:
- If necessary the solar modules are rinsed once a year with a mild detergent
- A periodic visual inspection for loose wiring or cable damage
- A periodic check of the array by a voltmeter to determine any malfunctioning modules
